Update - September 2014

"We wanted to let you know that things are going great. Lola and smokey are getting along. They had a bonding moment digging holes in my planters and rolling in the mud. After that, they have been best friends.  They go for walks everyday and she is doing so good.  She doesn't pull at all.  She walks right next to me just like smokey.  I can walk both of them by my self with no problem.  Thank you again for this amazing blessing to our family.  She is so perfect for us.  We will be taking family pictures soon with our new kid."

August 2014 update -

Jetta found her home thanks to the El Segundo Herald.  Diane, a two time adopter in El Segundo notified Lorraine and Walt that Jetta was available at Animals Rule. 

"We just wanted to let you know how well Jetta is doing.  Each day she is better then the last.  She has met several of our friends and family without incident.  The treats really help.  She has a bed by my husbands chair and she's definitely a daddy's girl.  Thank you for the copy of the doctor's report and the pictures.  They're better then any we've been able to get.  Thank everyone for all their hard work in the making Jetta the incredible dog that she is."

August 2014 - Update

This is Simon, he was found as a stray.  When we scanned him he had a microchip with current information.  We called his owner and informed her we had her dog.  To our surprise, we learned that Simon had been missing for 2 years from the Fresno area.  His family was shocked by our phone call and full of excitement in anticipation of getting him back after being gone for so long.  Simon remembered his family when they came to get him.  Dogs travel quickly, its important to microchip them..... it WORKS!!

Here is an update from Simons owner.

"Thank you so much for taking the time to e-mail me the pictures of Simon.  They made my day and made me even more anxious to see him after all this time.   Stark and Simon became great buddies on the ride home from San Pedro. I just wanted to thank you and your team for being so caring to Simon while he was in your care and for reaching out to us right away when you found our information!  After Simon being gone for over 2 years my family and I had given up hope of ever finding him again.  I honestly think I was in a little shock when Stephanie called me on Tuesday.  My daughter layed with him in bed last night and said she was so happy to have her "baby" back.  LOL. He's almost as big as she is now and she's 13!  We'd love to send you updates on how Simon is doing and an updated pic of our family and all of our dogs soon!"

Via text - "Blanka is doing great, im building a whole new fence for her.  She has never been left alone.  She couldnt have gone to a better home.  She has so much love here.  We both adore her and cant get enough of her affection."

He is doing so well!!!! He is so lovey and sweet, and he listens well. My kids adore him. What a perfect match for our family. Thank you for letting us be his people. My son keeps saying, "I have a dog!" and I keep saying, "And he has a boy".
